Simple connect your watch to your mobile (you can check connectivity using Samsung Gear app)
launch Gear Mobile File Transfer on your watch, select file and send.
you can select the directory where to save your file on mobile by launching Gear Mobile File Transfer on mobile then select desired directory.
please note that this is a companion app.
